It really depends on the needs of your group. We charge per person and we offer a complete meeting package that includes lodging, meals, and conference space. Recreation, banquets and refreshment breaks will also affect the overall price.

We make reservations 12 months in advance.

There is WiFi access throughout the conference center, including in guest rooms.

We provide full service accommodations like any hotel.

If your group is the only group using the conference center, you can choose your own menu. If there are multiple groups using the conference center we will plan a delicious meal for you. We will accommodate dietary needs, allergies etc. when possible.

There are several well known attractions near by. We are 15 minutes from the NC Zoo, the famous Seagrove Potteries, antiques shops, the Richard Petty museum, the Uwharrie National Forest, and Tot Hill Farm golf course. Click here for more information.

Even though we are owned by the Baptist State Convention of NC, we welcome other denominational and non-profit organizations that do not conflict with our Christian mission and principals.

Caraway does not operate as a wedding venue.

We are located in central NC, so the climate is fairly mild; there is humidity in the summer and an occasional snow in the winter.
